Job Description


Performs administrative and office support activities for the office of the President and SVP National Sales.  Broad area of responsibility includes providing a high level of support to the Sales team, assistance with relevant compliance and adherence to applicable securities regulations, training, and communications. 

Job Duties

Assisting President / SVP National Sales with:

  • Planning and organization of sales related projects.
  • Documenting projects and corresponding policies and procedures.
  • Annual recertification process and maintenance of third-party originator (TPO) files for compliance.
  • Training / assisting new Account Executives and sales staff.
  • Assist President and SVP with sales related projects as deemed necessary.

Sales Support:

  • Create, maintain, and report client information.
  • Assist in TPO approval and administration in database management.
  • Support Account Executives with marketing information, mailings, and TPO information.
  • Assist in TPO access to Crescent’s “Loan Operating System” 
  • Front line support for TPO inquiries and information.

Key Management Support:

  • Assist Crescent Management Team with:
    • Compliance
    • Submission
    • Underwriting
    • Closing
    • TPO related issues
    • Quality Control 
  • Assist in National Customer Communication with:
    • Bulletins
    • Training
    • Product
    • Press Releases
    • Website Posting 



  • High School diploma required/Associates degree or college work preferred 
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional setting required
  • Must exhibit strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
  • Must be familiar with use of Microsoft Office or comparable system. Ability to use PCs effectively, reading screens and operating keyboards.
  • Organizational skills, ability to track and follow-up on multiple projects simultaneously
