Job Description

Summary:    Ensure all required tax transcripts ordered using the 4506T are received in a timely manner.
        
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.


1.  Possess a good working knowledge of all regulatory requirements pertaining to the job function, including, but not limited to, BSA/AML, the U.S. Patriot Act, and privacy laws.
2.  Follow up with the appropriate vendor on all tax transcript orders.  Review reports of tax transcripts not received and determine if the order was rejected for some reason and try to resolve.
3.    Complete the custom data field for re-orders and completion dates.

Education and/or Experience: Employee must be knowledgeable of Crescent Mortgage’s policies and procedures.
                            
Language Skills:


Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. 

Mathematical Skills: Basic math skills required.    
                            
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:  None required.
            
Physical Demands:
