Summary: The Disclosure Analyst will be responsible for performing quality control loan file reviews of conventional and government (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, VA, FHA, USDA) loans to ensure all agency, investor and Federal and state regulatory requirements and guidelines are met.  
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

1.    Must have working knowledge of federal and multi-state laws and agency disclosure guidelines affecting residential mortgage origination: TILA REG Z RESPA ECOA FACTA FCRA MDIA BSA/AML HMDA.

2.    Generate Initial Loan Estimates upon request or submission of a file.

3.    Review compliance related documents for proper completion.

4.    Review LE’s to make sure they are compliant with current regulatory and Crescent policies and requirements.  Make sure any necessary coordinating documents are in the file and are completed correctly and in their entirety or obtain from the TPO.  Follow up with TPO on any rejected LE’s within 48 hours of submission.

5.    Review CIC’s requests for valid reason and completeness.  Send any updates and required documents to the TPO.

6.    Review any CIC/LE’s uploaded after the closing request has been submitted by TPO.  Obtain any information necessary from TPO to ensure they meet all guidelines prior to closing. Send any updates and required documents to the TPO.

7.    Answer general inquiries and provide full support to TPO’s and LO’s to ensure all issues are handled and resolution is found utilizing multiple communication techniques available such as Teams, Phone, or Outlook.

8.    Assist in monitoring and managing the RESPA Inbox ensuring all questions and RUSH requests are addressed timely.

Education and/or Experience:  Employee must have at least 2 year of Mortgage experience in a Disclosure role or similar role including TRID. Be knowledgeable of the regulatory requirements and Crescent Mortgage’s policies and procedures.
Language Skills:
Ability to express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word, communicating orally with others accurately, audibly, and quickly. 
Mathematical Skills:  Good mathematical skills.    
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:  None required.
Physical Demands:  
Required to sit for long periods of time and work on the computer keying data or typing words with accuracy.  
Work Environment:
This would be a remote position that would require a designated area of the home that has a moderate to limited noise level.
