Job Description
The Operations Associate will be responsible for the opening, processing, and balancing lockbox transactions.  This position is also responsible as acting as a backup to our Computer Room team.

Responsibilities
•    Opening and preparing of incoming mail for lockbox processing
•    Processing check payments through branch capture style equipment
•    Processing and balancing of Lockbox transactions
•    Printing of check production files
•    Processing of ACH and Positive Pay files
•    Printing of various statement files and letters

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, Access)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • Ability to multi-task and be detail oriented
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

 

Essential Functions:

 

  • Sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
  • Sufficient dexterity of hands and fingers to efficiently operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other computer components.
  • Ability to converse and exchange information with all levels of staff within organization.
  • Ability to observe, perceive, identify, and translate data
