Deposit Operations Associate

The Deposit Operations Associate will handle clearing daily rejects of Non Post items from the Demand Deposits, Savings and Certificate of Deposits systems from nightly posting.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•    Research and clear debit and credit Non Post items according to established procedures.
•    Communicate via email or phone with internal departments concerning the individual items in order to obtain approval to pay or return transactions.
•    Balance Non Post account on a daily basis and make appropriate entries.
•    Meet assigned deadlines pertaining to the job function.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

•    High School diploma or equivalent required.
•    Ability to work 3:00 AM – 11:00 AM, or 4:00 AM – 12:00 PM Monday through Friday required. 
•    Competent in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, Outlook) required.
•    Effective oral and written communication skills required.
•    High-level of accuracy and great attention to detail. 
•    Ability to multi-task and meet required deadlines. 
•    Ability to comprehend and interpret Bank policies and procedures, and Banking regulations required.
