Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Digital Experience Specialist to support the execution of United Bank’s digital strategy in alignment with business priorities and goals. This role is responsible for maintaining website content, supporting digital campaigns, analyzing performance, improving site usability, and partnering with internal stakeholders and vendors to deliver accurate, compliant, and customer-focused digital experiences.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented digital marketer with strong writing, analytical, and project coordination skills. They should be comfortable working in a content management system, managing multiple requests, applying SEO/AEO best practices, reviewing digital experiences for accuracy and quality, and using data to recommend improvements. This is a hands-on individual contributor role with no direct people management responsibilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•    Support the execution of digital strategies that improve customer experience, engagement, online sales, and digital self-service.
•    Maintain and update website content using Adobe Experience Manager, the content management system.
•    Write, edit, and coordinate website copy and digital assets that align with business objectives, brand standards, accessibility expectations, and compliance requirements.
•    Help maintain a content calendar for financial education, product updates, campaign activity, and ongoing website enhancements.
•    Assist with management of website tools and functionality, including calculators, translation, site search, forms, online applications, and related third-party integrations.
•    Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve approvals and feedback and work within guidelines, processes and workflows. 
•    Manage assigned project timelines and deliverables while communicating status, risks, and dependencies.
•    Use analytics platforms to monitor website performance, campaign results, user behavior, and digital sales activity. 
•    Translate data and insights into recommendations for content, usability, SEO/AEO, conversion, and customer experience improvements.
•    Foster a culture of continuous improvement by regularly evaluating digital strategy processes and outcomes. 
•    Manage branch online experiences and ensure information is accurate and attainable.

Qualifications

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

•    Bachelor’s degree in related field of study. 
•    5+ years of related digital marketing, digital project coordination, content strategy, UX, analytics, or related digital role.
•    Experience working in a content management system; Adobe Experience Manager experience preferred.
•    Familiarity with Google Paid Search implementation a plus.
•    Strong understanding of website content strategy, including experience developing, managing, and optimizing content for SEO and websites.
•    Experience with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics) and personalization capabilities. 
•    Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manger and Adobe Target a plus.
•    Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Figma.
•    Understanding web design best practices, a plus.
•    Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills. 
•    Familiarity with financial services, banking, or regulated industries preferred.

Essential Functions:  
•    Sitting for extended periods of time.
