Job Description

The Operations Associate is responsible for the timely processing of documentation related primarily to managing the vehicle title portfolio. This position is responsible for working within the regulatory guidelines and service levels established by the department. The ideal candidate should possess some knowledge of loan documentation.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

•Monitors and manages vehicle title reports 
•Processes vehicle title transfers and releases
•Communicates with internal departments, dealerships and customers on title issues 
•Communicates with various DMVs on title issues and works to bring them to resolution
•Learn and become efficient in using the DealerTrack System 
•Sort and distribute daily mail within office location 
•Perform other related duties as assigned or directed

Qualifications


•High School diploma or equivalent required
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, Access) is required
•Excellent communication and organizational skills;
•Ability to multi-task and be detail oriented
•Ability to work in a fact paced environment

Essential Functions: 
•Sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
•Sufficient dexterity of hands and fingers to efficiently operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other computer components.
•Ability to converse and exchange information with all levels of staff within organization.
•Ability to observe, perceive, identify, and translate data
