JOB SUMMARY:
The Organizational Advisor position is responsible for strategic design, development, and facilitation of corporate training, development programs, and initiatives that focus on employee development, engagement, and retention. Partners with business line leaders on the development and implementation of key strategies, programs, and processes for creating a high performing organization. Owns the learning and development framework, ensuring it is fit for purpose across business needs and delivering solutions and instructor led trainings at the enterprise and individual levels.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Collaborate with business line leadership to develop and implement employee development programs, including sales, service, soft-skill, mentoring, and leadership development.
• Manage training approaches, providing consultation and support for managers and business line leaders to engage and retain talent.
• Manage learning and development programs to engage all levels of staff, including leadership training.
• Support the design, implementation, and execution of organization wide engagement initiatives.
• Act as project manager when needed with oversite of complex processes with frequent decision-making accountability.
• Design and write courseware that is industry specific and based on appropriate learning methodologies.
• Assess the current content/portfolio and perform gap analysis and provide analytical support for design of learning strategies and training curriculum.
• Promote employee adoption of self-development options through multiple learning channels.
• Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of learning and development programs.
• Work collaboratively with departments and teams to ensure effective change management is executed.
• Develop communications and mediums of stakeholder and employee feedback for all projects, programs, and trainings.
• Responsible and accountable for the full success of each training session.

Qualifications
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree required; Additional years of experience or certifications (SHRM, PHR, etc.) may be substituted
• Minimum of seven (7) years of professional related working experience required with three (3) years in learning & development/training or HR.
• Experience in banking/finance services is highly desired
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate and deliver training sessions in a professional and effective manner required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
• Prior experience in curriculum development, Canva, LMS, and Articulate a plus
• Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and sensitivity to deadlines required.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to travel of at least 35% of the time
