Job Description

The Credit Administration Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Credit Administration Department, as well as moderate and prepare the agendas for the Bank Loan Committees.



•    Manage, maintain, and distribute the Bank Loan Committee files as well as moderate the meetings and track all meeting minutes.
•    Manage, maintain, and distribute for items for Term Sheet Pricing & Discussion Meeting
•    Prepare and maintain the Risk Rating Change Log for all approved grade changes.
•    Purchase and maintain the department office supplies.


•    Minimum of High School diploma or equivalent required
•    Minimum of two (2) years of professional related experience in an office environment required
•    Bachelor’s degree highly desired
•    Proficiency in Microsoft office products is required
•    Prior experience working in a Banking environment preferred
•    Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
•    Ability to demonstrate strong organizational, follow up and interpersonal communication skills
•    Adaptability, flexibility and the ability to maintain effectiveness during change
•    Ability to work effectively in a team environment
•    Ability to demonstrate high level of confidentiality and professionalism is required
•    Strong verbal and written communication skills
