Job Description

The Human Resources Reporting Associate is responsible for developing and interpreting data through reports that provide awareness into organization performance and key performance indicators, as well as department metrics in a concise and comprehendible manner. The role supports the identification of trends and opportunities to scale efficiencies leveraging technology while also gathering feedback from stakeholders. Additional overall assistance to support a Human Resources scheduled and ad-hoc processes and functions. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:
•    Responsible for gathering data from multiple sources, preparing, and analyzing various reports for management distribution on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, as well as ad-hoc requests.
•    Conducting HR systems audits under the guidance of HR systems management, such as reviewing and managing data entry and accuracy of transactions, identifying trends and patterns, presenting findings and recommended solutions, and working with management to make updates as needed. 
•    Support data integrity efforts by running queries. Regularly review and maintain audit reports to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
•    Providing feedback on processes and procedures to improve data quality and reporting efficiency.  
•    Collaborates across HR functions and company partners to support HR needs of the organization, ensuring accuracy of information and process compliance and improvement.
•    Support compliance reporting efforts, including and annual EEO-1, VETS-4212, and AAP reports.
•    Identify opportunities and support the development of reports and systems through the use of technology to help create efficiencies and alignment.
•    Supports optimal daily function of the organization’s internal HR information services systems, which may include database management, development, maintenance, and upgrades/releases to applications, systems, and modules.  
•    Perform customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions through the HR systems, email or phone and communicate to respective HR staff if any need further follow-up or response.
•    Other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree in HR management, business administration, or equivalent experience. 
•    A minimum of two (2) years prior Human Resources or Systems related professional working experience, required.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office/365 products required, preferably advanced Excel skills. 
•    Understanding of HR processes and data is preferred.
•    Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•    Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities, managing deadlines and timely deliverables.
•    Proven ability to effectively work both independently and in a team environment.
•    Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
•    An ability to manage and delegate effectively.

Essential Functions: 
•    Sitting, standing or stooping for extended periods of time.
