Job Description

The Product Coordinator is responsible for all the coordination of the real estate appraisal and environmental process of Commercial loans.


  • Request comparison vendor bids for appraisal and environment reports and follow through with the ordering of the reports to be completed.
  • Provide Loan Officers vendor findings for their review and selection of vendor to utilize
  • Coordinate the scheduling of the reports to be completed upon vendor selection
  • Coordinate the report review via internal staff or select external vendor to review
  • Upon report review has been returned, identify any areas of concern or needing troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate with Loan Officer to troubleshoot issues and ensure problem resolution is complete.
  • Back-up for approving Valuation Control Memo’s up to $4MM
  • Back up to processing all vendor payments and track all receipt of payments from customers.
  • Back up to ordering office supplies for the department
  • Back up to verifying vendor license and E&O information
  • Back up to departmental staff for absences and vacations




  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of one (3) years of prior working experience in Commercial lending or related field preferred
  • Minimum of one (1) year direct working experience in ordering Environmental and Appraisal reports required.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet products required
  • Understanding of commercial loan processing within a Bank environment highly desired.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage time-sensitive tasks with a high volume of transactions.  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.

Sitting for extended periods of time.
Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs. 
Sufficient dexterity of hands and fingers to efficiently operate a computer keyboard, mouse, power tools, and other computer components.
Ability to converse and exchange information with all levels of staff within organization.
Ability to observe, perceive, identify, and translate data
