JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for overseeing the management of multiple full-service branches within assigned region, including retaining existing clients and developing new customer relationships. Accountability includes overseeing branch and regional sales goals through new business sales, referrals, and retention of account relationships. Provides leadership, training, and supervision; delegates day-to-day operations to Branch Managers and or other branch personnel. Provides a superior level of customer relations and promotes the sales and service culture through coaching, guidance, and staff motivation. Heavily active in community relations activities acting as a key Bank representative within the location mark to increase the Bank’s visibility and to enhance new and existing business opportunities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Drive results through sales leadership, coaching and improving the customer experience to maximize performance and achievement of monthly scorecard goals.
• Achieve individual, branch and regional sales goals through new business sales, referrals and retention of account relationships. Develop new deposit and loan business.
• Oversee the planning, implementation, and management of operating and capital budgets for the branch sites to maximize branch.
• Form strong partnerships with Senior management and key business partners.
• Take ownership over conflict resolution both internally and with any potential customer issues.
• Responsible for planning and executing periodic team calls and quarterly regional sales meetings.
• Hold managers accountable for execution of all operational responsibilities and instill a high standard for risk management practices.
• Work in partnership with leadership on the implementation of new Bank products and services and provides high level of knowledge regarding all Bank products and services.
• Ensure expansion of customer relationships through cross-selling activities.
• Lead and conduct a broad range of data analysis and present results of analysis in an accurate, professional, and informative manner.
• As business needs arise, ability to perform in any capacity of the Branch to ensure Branch is properly staffed on a daily basis.

Qualifications
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred plus eight (8) years of Retail Banking experience is required
• Minimum of five (5) years of leadership experience required
• Demonstrated ability to lead in a sales culture environment
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High degree of Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
• Self-motivated with attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
• Expert knowledge of appropriate core banking systems
• Ability to travel as business necessity arises, up to 30%, to various bank locations
• Flexibility on work schedule as business needs arise
