Job Description
The Mortgage Warehouse Administrator position is responsible for the review of documentation and processing of requests throughout the life of a warehouse line loan.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review documentation input in WLS system to verify that the information input into WLS corresponds with the documentation received;
- Return or decline loans when appropriate;
- Prepare necessary forms and tickets for the disbursement wires;
- Review and process incoming document files;
- Endorse and ship original Notes to investors as requested by originators;
- Review and process incoming Payoffs/Settlement documentation, and prepare necessary tickets;
- Prepare and distribute weekly Mortgage Warehouse Line reports;
- Set up new originators in WLS system per loan approval;
- Set up accesses for new originator personnel in WLS system;
- Set up new closing agents in WLS system. Includes verifying wire instructions, and receipt and review of current insurance coverages;
- Be the point of contact, and the subject matter expert on the WLS system for the originators and closing agents.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred
- General knowledge of residential mortgage lending business preferred;
- Minimum of three (3) year of experience as a Commercial Loan Administrator desired
- Familiar with FIS (or similar) loan system preferred.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
- Exercise good judgement and excellent decision making skills.

Essential Functions:
