Mortgage Warehouse Administrator

Job Description

The Mortgage Warehouse Administrator position is responsible for the review of documentation and processing of requests throughout the life of a warehouse line loan.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review documentation input in WLS system to verify that the information input into WLS corresponds with the documentation received;
• Return or decline loans when appropriate;
• Prepare necessary forms and tickets for the disbursement wires;
• Review and process incoming document files; 
• Endorse and ship original Notes to investors as requested by originators;
• Review and process incoming Payoffs/Settlement documentation, and prepare necessary tickets;
• Prepare and distribute weekly Mortgage Warehouse Line reports;
• Set up new originators in WLS system per loan approval;
• Set up accesses for new originator personnel in WLS system;
• Set up new closing agents in WLS system.  Includes verifying wire instructions, and receipt and review of current insurance coverages;
• Be the point of contact, and the subject matter expert on the WLS system for the originators and closing agents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred
• General knowledge of residential mortgage lending business preferred;
• Minimum of three (3) year of experience as a Commercial Loan Administrator desired
• Familiar with FIS (or similar) loan system preferred.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
• Exercise good judgement and excellent decision making skills.

Essential Functions:
