JOB SUMMARY:

The Executive Sales Assistant is responsible for supporting a member of the Senior Management team by performing a variety of routine and complex clerical and administrative duties and sales support.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Responsible for preparing correspondence and reports
  • Receive incoming calls and appropriately direct within the department
  • Responsible for clerical and administrative support such as data entry, emails, updating reports, faxes, appointment scheduling, travel coordinator and sales support
  • Gather data and generate various reports for management review
  • Represent the team and company in a professional manner
  • Assist in other duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of one (1) year of prior working experience in a corporate professional environment required
  • Bachelor’s degree highly desired
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalency required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Ability to interact in a professional demeanor with all levels of staff including Executive Management
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate team work
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret written and verbal instructions
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment in order to meet deadlines
  • Strong focus on customer service skills
